Master the Art of the Consult

The first consultation with a new patient is a pivotal moment in any patient-provider relationship. During this module you will learn how to speak with your client, and determine who is a safe candidate for aesthetic injections using the ACIST tool. 
We will discuss
  • making a solid connection with the patient.
  • Setting realistic expectations
  • Perform a thorough medical history.
  • Aesthetic Evaluation
  • Explaining pre & post care
  • Potential risks and side-effects
  • Creation of a comprehensive treatment plan
  • Use of Pictures
  • Informed consent
  • Documentation

Successful Completion

Successful completion will be determined by a written test at completion of the learning module. Successful completion is a prerequisite to In-person training.
Meet the instructor

Cheri McNeil NP

Cheri is the lead Faculty and Medical Director at Seamless Health & Aesthetics. She has been working in healthcare for 20+ years. She worked in the ER/Primary Care and Functional Medicine in addition to Aesthetics. She has always supported ongoing education and participates in routine trainings while also actively working as faculty with the MEPN program at Centennial College. Cheri runs her own aesthetics ad wellness practice in Stouffville, along with her business partner Steve. She works as the medical director to 10 busy independent nurse injectors and is married with two grown boys who keep her busy. In her off time, she loves to travel and be anywhere warm near the water!
